CONGRATULATIONS SOUTHS UNITED U16 FQPL | 2019 GRAND FINAL CHAMPIONS 2019!

After an outstanding season, finishing Premiership Runners-up, Souths United's U16 FQPL won the Grand Final after a thrilling match against Loganholme Lightning. The team took it to 2-2 at FT which could not be sorted in ET. Souths won the Penalty Shoot-out.

GRAND FINAL | U15 NPLW GIRLS TAKE SILVER

Congratulations to our U15 NPLW Girls team on a wonderful season who as premiership runners up deserved their place in yesterday’s Grand Final. Unfortunately the girls were defeated by Logan Lightning 1-0. The players and team officials of Souths United FC demonstrated strength and class during the game and were galant in defeat. Well done all on a fantastic season and your amazing achievement this season!

Souths United FC are fast becoming a powerhouse in female football at the very highest levels.  Under the guidance of Technical Director - Womens, Gary French, Souths United boast the most players of any club in the state with representation in the Queensland State Selection or NTC Squad Selection.  With 6 players selected in the 2018 Qld State U14 & U15 teams together with a further 5 shadow players, Souths have 11 players participating in, or are in sight, at the state level of girls football.  With 4 players in th

SAP Girls - Hitting Their Stride

Months of hard work are seeing the South United FC young SAP Girls squad hit their stride with a fantastic win over The Gap in last weekend's fixture.  The girls have been close on many ocassions and under the guidance of new coach Sachi Tatusoka, and Technical Director - Gary French, the girls are thriving which is showing in their skills development and game performance.  Well done girls, keep up the good work.

Want to become a referee? Not quite old enough? Learn the basic skills by becoming an Apprentice Referee for our U8 - U11 Aldi MiniRoos Teams (home games) at Souths United FC. This program is suitable for players and siblings aged between 12 and 15 years of age.
